This new edition builds on the remarkable success of the third edition, both in terms of the quality and diversity of the activities carried out and the positive impact on beneficiaries and local communities.
Specific monitoring and evaluation tools have made it possible to concretely measure the impact of the O!YES program, confirming its key role in youth empowerment and community development.
