Preamble
The International Olympafrica Foundation is an organization owned by the Association of National Committees of Africa (hereinafter referred to as "ANOCA"). The Foundation's aim is to build local sports centers and set up social development programs for the benefit of the populations living in the vicinity of the Olympafrica centers.
The NOC owns the infrastructure known as the Olympafrica Centre, and contributed financially to its construction.
To be awarded a project to build an Olympafrica center, the NOC must own a plot of land of at least 2.5 ha, ready for construction (earthworks already completed), and located in an area lacking in local sports facilities, but rich in educational establishments. It can then submit an application to the Olympafrica Foundation.
The construction will be financed by both parties, with a minimum NOC contribution of 15% of the overall budget. This contribution may be paid by the NOC or another local entity.
