This week, we’re featuring the “Road to Dakar 2026” series on our social media channels 
On November 1 and 2, “Road to Dakar 2026” Day was celebrated at 26 Olympafrica centers across the continent, marking the 365-day countdown to the 2026 Dakar Youth Olympic Games.
These wonderful days allowed children to experience the atmosphere of mini-Olympic Games, with activities inspired by Dakar and developed by the #OVEP (Olympic Values Education Programme) department, with the support of Olympic Solidarity.
Throughout the week, we’ll take you on a journey through these celebratory moments at various Olympafrica centers.
