Duration: 4 days To have a greater impact on the children, this year’s IBA MBAYE scholarship program will include a variety of activities, such as: – Athletics session: 80m dash, standing long jump, one-legged hop, medicine ball throw, Cooper test – Artistic expression – General knowledge – Presentation by Iba Mbaye, after whom the scholarship is named – Computer session on Olympic values. – Conference and debate: the 20 participants will be divided into groups of 4. Each group must choose a topic related to non-discrimination, the environment, social issues, or health. Participants must research their chosen topic and deliver a 20-minute presentation to their peers. Following the presentation, other participants may ask questions or offer opinions to spark a discussion under the supervision of the director or one of the center’s instructors. – Major cleanup of the Olympafrica Center – Closing Fun Run
Note: Upon receipt of the final report from the gathering within a maximum of fifteen (15) days, we will transfer the $1,000 scholarship awarded to the two (2) winners (1 boy and 1 girl), with each receiving $500.
